If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There are three different repair shops on this road for trailers, I recommend looking into the other two before even considering this place. What should have been a simple repair on my camper, resulted in me waiting from 9:30 in the morning until 10:30 at night before anything got fixed. I had to Outsource the part myself, and go and get the part. Only to find out that they're welder did not have any gas so it took them 5 hours to go get gas for the welder. Randy Hawk was amazing! Our Motor coach had some issues with hydraulics and we couldn’t get our stairs to retract, which meant we could not drive! Randy came out to the site where we were stranded ,spent 3 hours in the rain with my husband trouble shooting the issue and even spoke with specialists at Newmar. Got us up and running. He saved the day! How amazing that this person recognized how bad our situation was and did everything in his power to help us! Highly recommend!!!!!

I’m not even sure where to start. My wife and I live and travel in our Class A RV. We had a major slide-out malfunction. We were stuck and unable to travel. We found Hawks on Google and their reviews were excellent. They open at 9am. We arrived in the parking lot at 8am. At 8:30 Randy (the owner) came out and asked how he could help. From 9am until we pulled out of his driveway at 7:30 he did everything he could to get us back on the road.
