Only getting one star because they have to get something . Had a guy come by and look at my bathroom and ceiling on a Monday . I was told I would hear back from someone in no more then 2 days with an estimate. So on the second day still hadn’t heard back I called and left a message and some one called me back only to say they would need a couple of more days to have an estimate to fix issues in bathroom . We engaged Hawks Renovations to remodel our master bath and to install a new back splash in our kitchen and couldn't be more pleased. Chris Hawks is a delight to work with. He is very customer oriented, checking on the job and keeping us informed. He orchestrated his staff and contractors well, explaining exactly what they were supposed to do and then carefully checked their work.
