I'm updating my post from 2 years ago, the facilities have changed ALOT since then. They now have a great sauna and steam room and they have removed some rooms to make more play areas, I felt it made the whole place a lot nicer with more of a play friendly atmosphere.
Way over priced and the neighborhood isnt all that safe to leave vehicle unattended at night. Better off going to SteamPdx. Hawks former location was better and price point more reasonable..
Great eucalyptus steam & other spa amenities, clean play facilities with a variety of furnishings, fun theme nights, health resources & community networking, herb friendly, and kind/attentive/fun staff that provide a safe & inclusive place for ALL. Wonderful welcoming adult social club!
As a transfem/nonbinary; the facilities are excellent and the patrons are all very pleasant. The culture is set up in a supportive and healthy way, and people made it clear if there were problems they would help. Awesome to experience! However, it was also very clear that this was a men's space that we were simply allowed into. Transocial nights allow all genders, meaning 90% of the people there will be cis men, and you will deal with a fairly hefty number of chasers - no matter how polite. This is NOT a *T4T* event. Leaving the old review up to show how much it's changed. I'm incredibly disappointed. The only thing that hasn't gone downhill for this place are the prices they've raised. A lot of on-site drama from the staff can be heard coming from the staff-only areas. Some of the nicer, better staff don't work there anymore.
