I have resided at Hawk's Nest for two years. Although this was my first experience with renting in my lifetime, the residents at Hawk's Nest as well as the building manager, Nicole, made it a much easier transition for me. Nicole was so helpful answering he tons of questions I had regarding everything from maintenance to low-income assistance questions. I have enjoyed working for Evergreen Real Estate Group for the last 2 years. I have access to many departments within the organization that assist with reviewing contracts and helping get work covered under contract. I love it here. It’s peaceful, clean and quiet. I love my balcony. And next month the hawks next piano is getting tuned and we have a singing group- come one, come all!

I absolutely love living at Hawks Nest! It clean and neat. We have two workout rooms on third floor. A library and living room on second floor. A community room on first floor where we have pot luck dinners once a month. We can also sign the room out for our own private parties. There are two washers and dryers on each floor, plus a recycle room on each floor too. I feel as though I have home! This is the place I've always wanted to be, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
