Brilliant Service – Honest, Reliable, and Great Value! I can’t recommend Hawks Car Garage highly enough. Their customer service is absolutely brilliant – they genuinely go above and beyond for their clients. What really stood out to me is their honesty. Very happy with the service! Amazing approach, communication, explanation and all work has been done on time since I dropped off the car. Very reliable honest and punctual. For all work they charged fair prices. People of nice characters as they look after two cute stray cats providing them warm bed and food ❤️🥰

I've recently had the oil lines replaced on my BMW 7 Series at Hawks Garage after they bust and honestly, they were brilliant. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and the price was exactly what they quoted — no surprises. The work itself was spot on. I took my car there on a whim as I had a broken car that another garage had messed up. 🚗🤕 My car was a total mess. 😤 I called and spoke to Brian. 📞👨‍🔧 He tried to reassure me he could fix it and tried his best to do it for a reasonable price, as it was a big job. 💰🔧 I still didn't trust them, but I can honestly say they messaged me and sent me videos of the progress on the job they were carrying out. 📱📹 The job was finished, and I collected the car. 🎉🚗 Brian was fantastic and my car was like new, clean, and smell... read more

Brilliant service! Fantastic mechanic — honest, reliable, and genuinely helpful! He replaced my wet belt, all brakes, two tyres, and did a full service in under a day for an excellent price. On top of that, he even changed my spark plugs and sorted all my lock nuts for free without adding anything to the bill. You don’t often find mechanics this honest and fair. Really nice guy who takes pride in his work — highly recommend!
