THE BEST TILE BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD – I was remodeling my bathroom and needed tile, at first I purchased my tile from Century Tile in Itasca, however because of their rudeness I returned everything and by friends recommendation went to Hawkinson Tile what a PLEASURE What a DIFFERENCE even thou my order was not substantial I was treated with courtesy and respect unlike Century Tile. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Great company to do business with excellent customer service. – I have done business with Hawkinson Tile and Marble for many years and cannot believe that they could get a bad review. extremely personal service – I have been using this design center for my personnel needs and those of my clients for the last 10 years.. Great company to deal with! – I recently built a custom home in the Kildeer area. My husband and I were thrilled when we discovered Hawkinson Tile and Marble in Elk Grove was the supplier for our tile because we had dealt with them in the past with several remodeling projects and always had great experiences plus our projects turned out amazing each time. Poor Customer Service – My overall experience was the worst tile buying experience I've ever had. The owners are not customer friendly and not forthcoming. Their delivery dates were not met as promised and If your not happy with their service they tell you to go elsewhere. For a company that has been in business for over 20 years you would think they would be more customer oriented. Their attitude is that they could do no wrong and that the customer is always wrong.
