If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Worst experience ever. I am trying to buy a home in VA and Diane is the worst thing about it. She takes days to respond only after contacting her 3 or 4 times and just to get me to shut up. Any arrangements she has made to see the house falls through because, again, she never responds.
