This company never answers the telephone. I had money deducted from my acct to satisfy a past due bill. Monies are still being deducted yet no one answers or returns my phone calls. I had to start a new account just so they will no longer have access. YOU LIVE & YOU LEARN. I wonder if these people are legit, they need to be investigated. If I could give this company 0 stars , I’d give them that. Also, they are not accredited with the BBB. That concerns me.
This is a scam! They shipped medical supplies that I did not request. I called and got a return slip and returned the merchandise. A year later they are claiming I still owe the balance. Today I told them that I would not pay the bill. He said that I did not know what I was talking about and hung up on me,. I alert all people to be aware of this scam and call your lawyer and send them a letter for fraud. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to the government as a fraud! I suggest you do the same.
