I bought a House from them and had filled out paperwork with there lawyer for them to take the house back and they never filled the paper work with the county. Now the county had foreclosed on the home in my name and it has made it impossible for me to get a home loan from a bank. I was just lucky to find a private lender that understood what the Hawkins had done to me and would finance the house I just got.
