Fast, and friendly service in showroom and the delivery was smooth and friendly. Very happy with Hawkins Home and Lawn.
They are not open till 5:30!! They close anywhere from 5:25 to 5:29!! Even if you call ahead & say you’ll be there right before closing and they say they have your order ready for you they will not stay open till 5:30!!
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Mother in law paid $1400 for brand new refrigerator, and in less than a year the freezer has quit working twice and we lost all the food. All they want to do is pass it off to someone else, or schedule an appointment and then not show up. My MIL is older and doesn't get around much. I feel like they took advantage.
