Jason was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about our heating system. He quickly diagnosed the reason our furnace was short cycling, and fixed it at nominal cost. Thanks again Jason!

If you're looking for fast, friendly, affordable service, Hawkins is your place. I called at 630PM on a Sunday. Mr. Hawkins was at our house in under an hour, diagnosed the problem and had our AC fixed in about 30 min. He was incredibly knowledgeable! We'll never use anyone else!
Jason and Jenny were my lifesavers today! Of course our AC stopped working in the middle of the night going into the hottest day of the year. I called Hawkins first thing this morning, spoke with Jenny (who was incredibly helpful and nice) and was able to get scheduled for this morning. Jason diagnosed our issue quickly, had the part with him and repaired our unit in less than 30 minutes. Wow, this company is Fantastic!! Our furnace went out late on a Saturday afternoon, after trying 3 HVAC companies, I was able to reach Hawkins, she was very friendly and professional, Jason was out to our house within 1/2 hour, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he fixed it quickly, even had the part on his truck. And didn't charge an outrageous price! I would highly recommend them for any HVAC services!!
