Jason was amazing! I couldn’t recommend him enough. He came out to fix our AC and when it still had problems, he came back out free of charge (same day), and ended up refunding our money for the part and the trip/diagnostic fee without hesitation or asking. He then rediagnosed our issue since the piece didn’t fix it.
Excellent service. Came out an hour after I called. Diagnosed and fixed my A/C in 30 minutes.

I can't recommend Hawkins enough! Our furnace and central air stopped working during a 90° day, and they came out quickly when we really needed them. The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong. If you are looking for excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and having your house treated like his. Use Hawkins Heating and cooling. We had both furnace and AC unit installed. Jason was prompt and on time. He used drop cloths everywhere he went and completed an amazing job. He did not cut any corners with his work and the installation looked like a work of art. All wiring, plumbing for vents, all straight and placed with precision.and care. I highly recommend Hawkins hearing and cooling.
