Avoid this company like the plague. I had Hawkins Groundwork deliver materials in 2021/2022 when I built my home, and I paid every cent in full. Months later, they called me in an aggressive and accusatory tone, claiming I owed thousands of dollars and even threatened to place a lien on my property. When I calmly followed up and investigated after they had been unresponsive, it turned out they had simply written down the wrong address.
