I went here after a terrible experience I had with another office. The staff was great and friendly, and the same dentist were relatively a consistent presence in the office. However, this started to change and towards the end of June of 2024 I had a new dentist who was extremely unprofessional. They made my dental procedures painful and proceeded to insult me as I complained about my discomfort. This was my dentist office for 10 years but they constantly swap dentist these last 3 years and the latest dentist is a rude inconsiderate woman. I was hesitant after our interaction during my clean up but During my last appointment she didn’t show up to the office and the office lied about trying g to notify me.
I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. Staff and everyone is very friendly and helpful. However on 11/14, I went in for a simple filling and Dr. Gallegos was the one who preformed the operation on me. I needed to get work done on the left side of my mouth and unfortunately Dr. Gallegos didn’t review the chart(s) and went straight to drilling the tooth on the right side. The pain was incredibly painful. All I got was a poor ass “sorry.” I will be taking my business somewhere else because of this Dr.

Dr. Najib is an outstanding professional and hygienist Andy García is just the best. All staff members, from front office to dental assistants, are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and attentive people. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in to the time you leave and waiting times are kept to a minimal; I highly recommend them.
