I've been coming to Hawkins Family Dental for my dental care. Yoli is the new hygienest there now. She is very thorough and professional but also down to earth, I like that. Dr Solis prepared my molar for a new crown that same day. I returned the following week for delivery of the new crown. It was a perfect fit...no adjustments. I'm very happy with this practice. Thank you Dr Solis and staff. I might add that I was in Dental practice for 30 years.
I went here after a terrible experience I had with another office. The staff was great and friendly, and the same dentist were relatively a consistent presence in the office. However, this started to change and towards the end of June of 2024 I had a new dentist who was extremely unprofessional. They made my dental procedures painful and proceeded to insult me as I complained about my discomfort. This was my dentist office for 10 years but they constantly swap dentist these last 3 years and the latest dentist is a rude inconsiderate woman. I was hesitant after our interaction during my clean up but During my last appointment she didn’t show up to the office and the office lied about trying g to notify me.
I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. Staff and everyone is very friendly and helpful. However on 11/14, I went in for a simple filling and Dr. Gallegos was the one who preformed the operation on me. I needed to get work done on the left side of my mouth and unfortunately Dr. Gallegos didn’t review the chart(s) and went straight to drilling the tooth on the right side. The pain was incredibly painful. All I got was a poor ass “sorry.” I will be taking my business somewhere else because of this Dr.
