People who follow me and my reviews know that I fire straight from the hip and pull no punches. This experience is no different. March 26 2025, I had the pleasure of joining my good friends as they went on a quest for a new atv. Be aware of the new return policy!!!!.. I returned unused, un opened polaris off the shelf parts. The manager only refunded 50%...return stocking fee...just simple rubber bushings, it was only 7 days. I have been a long term customer. Have spent literally hundreds and hundreds of dollars there into the thousands $$ at the shop and parts. Good front counter staff... but very disappointed with management. Lost a customer for life.....
