One of the slowest, unreliable, and most lackluster companies I've ever been subjected to. Streets in my neighborhood have been closed for three years with constant pushbacks in the completion date. Watched their employees just standing around or doing menial pointless tasks like driving a front end loader with its bucket up back and forth. Now my road is paved but they still won't reopen it to traffic. Whatever your doing in the West A area hurry up, be done, and get out already!
Poorly managed work on 168th street between Center and Q. Cones have been put up for 3 months blocking full lanes on both sides causing consistent traffic congestion and dangerous conditions with little to no work being performed. The project was supposed to be finished almost a year ago. They worked hard until the deadline for their bonus passed. Now they are slow rolling it until the date when fines start to kick in.
