Do not waste your time going to this office. UL is horrible. I was supposed to have a procedure scheduled. I called the office and was told that authorization had to be obtained. It has now been 3 weeks, 3 calls and 3 MyChart messages later and will no response or call to schedule. I will be going somewhere else. I will NEVER use a UL physician again.
