2 men claimed to be someone they were not, and when discovered they were lying they literally assaulted an Amazon Delivery driver attempting to deliver there - Nov. '23. A password was needed for delivery, and when not provided, it escalated to attempted battery. There were witnessed and camera footage documentation. Hopefully, lost their Amazon account! Honestly, what kind of body shop has a perpetually empty lot? One that sucks! Wish I could leave ZERO stars.
We had trouble with a trailer on the highway and pulled into their empty parking lot after business hours to wait for a tow truck to recover it, since it was unsafe to drive. While we waited for roadside assistance, workers from Hawkins approached us an asked if we would need to leave the trailer overnight. We explained that we wouldn't need to leave it since we were waiting for a tow. They then threatened us if we did not give them cash for "being on their property".
