I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and the entire process felt like a cash grab and the excessive follow up calls were highly unprofessional. When I requested my cat’s X-rays, I had to call three separate times, and each time I was asked why I even needed my own pet’s records. Despite giving the time of my visit and my cat’s first and last name, I was later told they had been searching under the wrong pet the whole time.
