I signed a lease back in March to move in later this month and since a new company took ownership of the property it’s been incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone about the process of moving in. I made the trip to Hawkeye Towers (I live in Des Moines) to get some answers and Jason was the only one there, practically running the place himself. Great option for Hawkeye students or any young person looking for a relatively cheap place to live! Reliable maintenance, cutie little clubhouse, the office people are very kind, there’s a decent gym (and tanning beds if that’s your thing!) The apartments are pretty nice too, lots of storage, big kitchen and living space, the bathrooms are pretty nice and the bedrooms and closets are a good size. I would recommend the towers to just about anyone!

Still haven't recipe my refund from them its been almost 2 months since they canceled it before we even moved in. They were sent a demand letter from attorneys and still haven't gotten it them and corporate are now doging emails and phone calls DO NOT TRUST THEM. Im willing to bet they won't even respond to this.
