These apartments and maintenance are terrible. Everything is dirty and broken, and nothing gets done about it! The staff are kind people but do not stick to their word. It has been 3 months of living like this and I cannot wait to leave. Only come here if you are prepared for the hard work of maintaining and patience with the staff. Would never recommend. For the video, this was my first night moving in. Absolutely horrendous.
My experience at hawkeye towers has been eventful after the new management and a large shoutout to aminah for being so punctual and practically the best leasing agent at the towers she does her job to the best of her abilities and ensures that we have a great time here
Mark is the most amazing individual. He makes every offer to improve the experience and takes a serious amount of care in his job.
