Honestly never had a problem before today. Went to get my family’s winter coats out to go trick or treating & they’ve locked my unit for no reason. My payments are paid on time. I have no outstanding balance that would warrant a lock being put on my unit. Will be taking my things to another storage as soon as they return my phone calls.

The staff was very friendly when I set the storage unit up last week to begin October 15 We decided we needed the unit beginning October 1st do moved the move-in date sooner with no problem no glitches whatsoever and the gate code work just as we were told it would. Great company.
Very clean storage, climate controlled, great experience, rented from them 9 months!
Very friendly staff, easy to access, and is close enough to home for it to be a brief drive. Pricing is great as well!
