Great property and layout for boat storage. Love covered parking to help reduce the wear and tear on my boat cover. Also looking forward to a winter where I don’t have to go out and brush off the snow for fear of ripping my cover. Easy process to get signed up. Great engagement from the team. Should’ve left Public Storage years ago for this!
The place is always clean and i appreciate that. I give it 3 stars because they dont want to invest time and money to install a dump station for the 200+ RV owners who rent there. If they increased the rent $5/mo they could pay off the cost in a few years. Of course, they would also have to maintain it. So, I imagine the owners of Hawkeye would rather not deal with it and just make the easiest money possible. Marcia sold me in 2022. Dealing with her instead of Bots and Customer Service reps is so refreshing. I've now been a customer for 24 months and stillI have nothing but good to say. There is a new crew in place, yet total satisfaction continues. I recommend and will continue to patronize Hawkeye Storage. 2024, I still do business with Hawkeye storage. They've been good to work with and I have no complaints. 2025...I'm back again. I recommend and will continue to be a customer.
Hawkeye storage makes the reserving, renting, and paying for storage as simple and easy as it can be. They really have their act together!
