When selling my house, the buyers noted one of my acs had a higher differential and asked for the ac to be inspected. Hawkeye was able to quickly identify a large hole in the air handler cabinet that was keeping the warm air circulating making it not cool off. The fix was very inexpensive and the sale went through. I wish I'd called them earlier instead of living with half my house staying a few degrees warmer all the time! Thanks for great, rapid service.
