We had a similar experience below. We didn't live in the apartment for two months and experienced higher than normal utility payments. We must have been paying for them to use the air and everything while they cleaned, etc. They also kept quite a bit of our deposit when we kept the apartment in a clean state at all times. There was some water damage on the window sill that we didn't notice because we had things placed in front of them but really it's the fault of their windows not sealing properly.
