If I could give them a 6 star I would. We just started going back there these last few months after new management took over and we are so glad we did. Nick is wonderful. He is very easy to do business with & we would never take our vehicles anywhere but TNT now. They are honest because we took out Ford up there to get new pads & we got a call telling us we didn’t need any. I was looking at a truck and was told there was another buyer that wanted to make an offer, but they would wait for me to decide since I had already been working with them. On a Friday I decided to buy the truck, so I told them I wanted it and I submitted the loan paperwork. Then on Saturday they went ahead and sold the truck to someone else! Not a good move guys!
Went there yesterday to buy a truck, and we were treated very well by Gary our salesperson. The owner also was very nice. They had us in and out with our truck quickly and at a fair price! Very nice people work there!
It’s an outstanding experience working with Tim and his team at TNT. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I couldn’t imagine purchasing a vehicle elsewhere after purchasing vehicles from TNT. I feel like they have my best interest in mind and want us to be customers for life. That’s impressive in this day and age.
