I contacted TNT Ford and spoke with Gary and Luke before driving an hour to look at a 2022 Silverado. Both individuals confirmed there were no cosmetic defects before making the trip. Once I arrived and viewed the pickup it was covered in deep scratches that could be seen from 10 feet away, minor dents and weather checked tires among other clearly visible cosmetic defects. Worst costumer service never called back and they sold the truck right under me and didnt say nothing
Friendly nice people got me in early for my service
Sent an inquiry and they got back with me right away. Made the hour drive the next day to check out the car. Mikell was the gentleman that helped me. Didn't get the used car vibe from him at all. I had a bunch of questions about the car and I felt he answered them honestly. While he obviously wanted s sale he wasn't going to bullshit me to get it.
