They were very friendly they did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner, and the bill was reasonable
My first visit! Excellent service, clear explanation of the work needed and reasonably priced. Most grateful to Mike and his team. Rosie the greeter is a gorgeous addition to the Service Centre.
Went here for years, always had good, friendly service. Any problems were clearly explained, estimates almost always were bang on. The one time an estimate turned out to be very low because of some unforeseen issues, they called first, and explained the situation, and got my permission to proceed, rather than just surprising me with a bill. They also recently renovated their shop, a lot more room for everyone coming and going.
Mike was extremely helpful and informative. Very nice.
We were out of town with a flat tire. The team advised we needed new tires. When they installed the tires they realized we needed new bolts to hold the wheels on. They ordered parts late in the day (after their closing hours) and installed the newscasts early in the morning so we could get home for an appointment. Amazing service. Very trustworthy.
