CrossFit is my first time, and I’m not sure if cross-fitters are beasts or if the people in this gym are beasts. Both men and women here are incredibly strong! I’ve had my reality check and been humbled every day. If you think you’re strong and tough, you should get tested. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart!
Been at this gym since gyms reopened after Covid. Haven’t looked back. The programming and coaching really pushes you to be a better athlete and I’ve been loving it!
To whome is intrested in joining, I live in mississauga and have tried multiple gyms in the past (habitual, L5, ufc, goodlife,etc) out of all of the gyms hawkstone for me is the best. Hawkestone is one of those places that feels special the moment you walk in. The space has a calm, grounded energy that makes it easy to disconnect and focus, and everything about the experience feels thoughtful and intentional. The workouts are what truly set it apart.
