Had the best ride this morning, unfortunately didn’t get the name of the man who picked us up, but he did so at very short notice and was so friendly. We were separated from the group as the ferry wouldn’t let me on with my dog, however the man that picked us up came to the rescue.
Neil and the team are always hospitable with great customer service. They know the area and many of their customers well and often go out of their way to accommodate. Always friendly, reliable and always help with shopping bags and luggage and also allow dogs too. Our friends and family have all used the water taxi, especially those with mobility issues….they can step into the taxi from our pontoon. Great ‘door to door’ service.
Used the taxi service for a small project on Dangar Island. Could not fault them. Great service, great people and everything went well. 10/10!!
Missed the ferry, I think it was Neil perhaps, who took us out to dangar island. Quick and smooth trip thank you.
