Had my goldwing in two times to sort out issues with my nav. I had to contact honda USA myself to get a check-list for them on this issue. Tony didn't go thru the check list, because first thing Tony suggested was a new nav unit (Over $6000au) and it wasn't the problem. He said he did, but clearly didn't. Then he gave up, and still charged full-bore for the inept service. I'm still stuck with a bike i can't sell. As long as it's easy, I'm sure they are fine - just don't give them anything too challenging. The ONLY thing they... read more

Can’t fault this place! Dave was incredibly helpful with my new bike, his knowledge and patience made the whole process so easy. Simon was just as great when it came to ordering the bike parts, making sure everything was spot on. Exceptional service all around! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou so much
