It takes several days/weeks of trying to call before the receptionist finally answers the phone, and then she is extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. It’s as though she enjoys making things difficult for patients on purpose. It’s nearly impossible to book an appointment because of HER. Read all these reviews, she alone has ruined your clinic and reputation.
Absolutely terrible service, kept on hold for an hour and a half.. then the call disconnected. Disappointed to say the least.
J’ai perdu mon médecin de famille et personne ne m’a averti. Pas le droit de faire de rendez vous. Tout ça parce que je n’ai pas été chez le médecin pendant 3 ans. Dans le passé on pouvait ne pas aller chez le médecin pendant plusieurs année et quand même garder notre médecin de famille (dr chagnon) que j’avais depuis la naissance. Extremely rude receptionist. I called asking for a virtual appointment for a referral to a specialist, she asked me what sort of specialist do I need to see, I answered, she asked why… sorry? It’s not the receptionist businesses as to why I need to see a specialist it’s my doctors right? For years it’s always been so complicated to book an appointment, and I swear it’s because of the same receptionist. I’d change clinics especially since I moved to Ottawa however there’s a shortage of doctors atm.
