1 étoile et ça c’est seulement car il n’y en a pas à 0. Je suis allée chez Mazda il y a facilement un mois pour un changement d’huile, changement de pneus et alignement. En allant payer ma facture de 400 et quelques dollars, on me mentionne que mon alignement à l’arrière n’a pas été effectué car les « bolts » étaient coincés. On me dit que je devrai reprendre rendez-vous et payer un autre alignement. Absolutely awful! Scammers! Traded my car in for the car ive always wanted and made that very clear. Pointed out a brake problem to be fixed before selling to me and said it was “fine” but scrapped as i drove it out of there. Left with an empty tank of gas, a paper with work to be done as promised… Called back 6 months later because thats when the body shop guy was available apparently, had a rental car for 2 weeks and was told to come Get my car after 2 weeks was up, NOT ONE THING ON THE PAPER was done to my car! Very rude. Very unprofessional. Vehicle was there for 2 weeks and they didn’t even do all of the work that was on the paper that they said they would do. Ghosted messages and phone calls a lot! Asked why the work wasn’t done and they said it is done. Well the vehicle is sitting in your parking lot not finished with the repairs it needed and I was told to come pick it up.
