Improper Charges for Recall Work I was charged $170 for the removal of bolts required to complete a recall repair. Recall related work should never incur additional fees. 2. Hello potential Hyundai customers, I recently bought a vehicle from Hawkesbury that was certified pre owned through Gerlando with assurances that there were no issues. On the phone these guys are all slick, promising you the world and offering "CPO" documents to prove their lies.
