Had the chance to work with Cassandra and the experience was excellent. I had so many questions in a process that lasted quite some time and Cassandra was always there with a smile and a 0 fault follow up. Never will buy from them the way they treated my wife buying a used vehicle from the salesman not being informed and then 2 weeks for the delivery of the car and over pricing
Beware - misleading and awful service We bought a 2020 civic from Hawkesburry Honda. At the time of sale, we negotiated a set of winter tires on rims. Fast fwd a few months later and the rims the dealer included did not fit on the car!! We’re in Quebec so in a time crunch for winter tires. They proposed we return the tires and would give us a monetary amount. We agreed. We bought tires out of pocket due to the timeline. We returned the tires on December 11, 2024.
