Today 28 April around 11 am Arrived at emergency of this hospital due to a severe back pain after 40 minutes driving because that was the nearest public hospital in advanced they requested 550$ otherwise you are not accepted I told them can i pay 450$ and later pay 100 she ( a woman with glasses around 50 years old) at reception didn’t accepted me Shame on Management of this hospital you are playing with people’s lives !!!!!!!!! Despite the long wait time to be seen etc. I would like to give the nurses and the doctors a massive shoutout for being so lovely and accommodating in my time of need and I think they need a heap more appreciation then they get given. I am very impressed with their empathetic approach and understanding beyond they can ever imagine. I feel comfortable to come here when or if I need to come here again, especially considering I am one of those people who refuse to come to the hospital uneven when I’m on the verge of intolerance... read more

I took my 6yr old to Hawkesbury ED. I am aware ED is a busy place but no one gave her pain relief when I asked 2 times as she was crying. She had her XRay done, I don't know if there is a break but from the way she holds her wrist, it doesn't look normal. She got a CAT 4. I had to leave and drive to a pharmacy for pain relief for her. Then wrap her wrist and arm just so we can go to another hospital. Next time call REACH if you in any NSW hospital.

Nurses, Doctors and staff very helpful and kind. I waited 3 hours in total, but understand they were working on other patients.

Not enough staff very rude attitude from the staff. Forget about getting the bed even for acute patient minimum 12 hrs waiting to see the doc. I regretted coming here got more sick due to 12 hrs waiting.
