My husband could not breathe we were sent to this hospital by our doctor, two weeks ago. They sent him home after an 8 hours. when we arrived home 20 minutes later he collapsed unable to breath and gasping for breathe. An Ambulance took us back to emergency. After 3 hours of being unable to breathe he was put into an induced coma and sent to Nepean who were fantastic an d saved his life. His heart stopped and he had to be resuscitated by the excellent team at Nepean. He was in the coma for six days. My family all devastated ... read more

I don’t understand how this place is allowed to operate. It’s full of incompetent doctors. We waited 9 hours just to receive a CT result. Who are the accrediting bodies that allow this facility to continue running !!!

What a waste of resources! We were made to wait over 5 hours after a head injury, which is completely unacceptable. The doctor seemed unprepared and lacked the training to order even basic tests until we insisted. Absolutely horrible experience .this place needs serious improvement in both staff competency and patient care.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience at this hospital. It’s disheartening to witness the lack of compassion and professionalism shown towards patients. While I understand that one individual’s behaviour may not reflect the entire team, unfortunately, it impacts the hospital’s overall reputation. There were instances of staff being unreasonably rude, even towards patients in distress. Very poor triaging last night to the point we walked out. There are other times it is managed ok. But to have a 16 month old who is clearly very ill just based on looks, lethargic and a temperature of 38.9 he should have been pushed up a notch. Next time I will just drive him straight to the childrens hospital not even bother coming back. Even waiting in the waiting room after a dose of panadol was given not one person came out to check on him despite him getting very upset at points.
