If I could, I wouldn't even give you a star. ER is the worst in NSW, you are better off not going at all. Front staff are unhelpful as friendly and polite as a stone. Just because you don’t look like an emergency, the ignore you. And if do end up there take your own pain meds. Shame on you, people go there cause they need help, not to be ignored.
My husband could not breathe we were sent to this hospital by our doctor, two weeks ago. They sent him home after an 8 hours. when we arrived home 20 minutes later he collapsed unable to breath and gasping for breathe. An Ambulance took us back to emergency. After 3 hours of being unable to breathe he was put into an induced coma and sent to Nepean who were fantastic an d saved his life. His heart stopped and he had to be resuscitated by the excellent team at Nepean. He was in the coma for six days. My family all devastated ... read more
