Great hospital for any treatment. I really like how the nurses sees you within 10 minutes once you register in Emergency Department.
Absolutely disgusted, Presented myself to emergency department on the request from my GP to seek Emergency Medical Treatment saw the nurse was given 1 tablet for pain and an injection for inflammation then told to sit in waiting room in discomfort and pain. I visited the ED tonight. The triage nurses, especially Harley and another colleague (sorry, I missed her name), were very caring and compassionate, which I really appreciated. Mr. Chu Wu gave me a detailed explanation of what was happening, which I valued. However, his tone and attitude felt condescending, and I felt my concerns were dismissed. I am writing a complaint regarding the treatment I received at Windsor Hospital on 29 March 2025, following an accident during my stay at a tiny home accommodation in Windsor. After my injury, I was transported by ambulance to your hospital. From the outset, I clearly explained to staff that my injury was to my left ankle. Amazing hospital. Staff were amazing and so caring. I’ve never been to a hospital with such care and attention to each patient. Even have free parking.
