Got taken to this place by ambulance after day surgery the same day with symptoms of heart attack "Just a little day surgery" I got told "Nothing to do with Cardio" Had to get louder trying to insist that it wasn't just pain from the surgery but intense chest pain and inability to breath Next thing from staff "probably just constipation so when you've opened your bowels you can go home" and I was literally LOCKED in the bathroom Had to get loud again insisting I be let out of the bathroom They threatened to call security and... read more

I presented myself with a severe pain in my chest area into the Emergency department around 12:10 am on Monday the 10th November 2025. I was taken care of by the ED team with complete professional and friendly manner. I must admit that your whole team is simply magnificent & outstanding. Older ssenior nurse with bleached blonde hair today recommended I go home, even tho I was directed here by health direct who called an ambulance on my behalf. Her suggestion was to sign a form saying I am leaving against medical advice, when her reasoning in person was that there was 10 people in front of me and 'nothinf looks wrong with you luv!!!). I have given birth twice at this hosptial, one in 2021 and the other in 2025. In both occasions, I have had a lovely experience. I came in as a public patient, but was treated like a private one. There were no long waiting periods for antenatal appointments, nurses were always kind and caring. I even got the same obstetrician from my appointments to give birth to my child. In addition, parking is always available and cost-free. I would like to give a shoutout to all the nurses who made my experience so amazing. This hospital... read more
