Such kind guys and great communication. Was in a bit of a pickle this morning and they asked me to come down and sorted it straight away. 10/10 recommend
Unbelievably dishonest. Needed a new starter motor and specified that I wanted Jaylec or Oex brand, more expensive but not a cheap one. Ross quoted me $330 for Jaylec or Oex, I said that was fine and to go ahead. He also quoted me $350 for a standard service, and as I was in a rush to go away I said to go ahead. Ross rang up after I'd left my car with him and said that the supplier had given him the wrong type of starter motor. Ross is an amazing person to deal with First class service every time.
Ross runs a very impressive business, outstanding service, great turnaround time, reasonable price and the cleanest workshop I've seen for years. And as an added bonus he's a real gentleman too. My car drives like brand new again, I couldn't recommend his business more highly.
