Unbelievably dishonest. Needed a new starter motor and specified that I wanted Jaylec or Oex brand, more expensive but not a cheap one. Ross quoted me $330 for Jaylec or Oex, I said that was fine and to go ahead. He also quoted me $350 for a standard service, and as I was in a rush to go away I said to go ahead. Ross rang up after I'd left my car with him and said that the supplier had given him the wrong type of starter motor.
