The quality of care I've come to expect was not present this time. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a new standard, as the previous excellent service is what kept me coming
The doctor just glanced at my girl, said "She's probably just stressed," and they gave us a $200 bill for a completely useless visit. He barely even touched her and suggested I just wait it out. Then it was another visit to emergency clinic because her condition is getting worse.
Expensive. They prescribed an expensive medication without even bothering to explain what it was for or how it would help
Always a safe and pleasant place to bring my fur babies. Fair prices and great care.
