Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. I spoke with them directly to discuss the scope of work and timing, and everything seemed straightforward. They asked me to email through the details to get things moving. Sent the email, followed up - absolute radio silence. Ghosted completely. If a yard lacks the basic administrative competence to reply to a simple email or tell a client they can't take on the job, you can't trust them with critical marine work or tight schedules. Couldn’t speak more highly of the service, attitude, communications and workmanship. Friendly and effective. Complete antifoul and coordinated with All Marine Services for the sail drive service.

The worst boatyard we’ve ever hauled out at. Booked our spot 3 months in advance and we were told we had 24 hours to get our work done. In at 1.15pm and out the next day at 1.15pm. We had new motors going in. At 10.30am the next day we were told we were going back in the water. Our work wasn’t completed. They hurried our tradies up, who had to finish the job in the water.
