Didn't tell me the cost of service and when the car was ready they told me that its going to cost me $695 but when i called to ask why this much first she told me that they told me before that they told me the price which they disnt and she was very rude to me saying that good for you but have to pay the whole amount and she said in very rude way how she talked to me and thats not how you talk to a customer so i am not very happy.
Warning: A huge mess and catastrophic communication! Keep your hands off them! Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews beforehand, otherwise we would never have gone there! Bought my car a couple years ago from here. Went in not sure how it would go being a 20 year old looking at buying a 82k car in full. But within just a couple minutes, had a sales rep come up to me and chatted options, after discussing it for a bit I was pretty hard set on the model I came to look at and was given the opportunity to test drive it. Only went in one time for servicing before moving to a new town my experience was fine. No complaints
Unsatisfied explanations. Baught a Car from This Toyota in 18,000 NZD. Sell them back and they baught in 10,000 and again they sold the same car in 16,000. Woww good on you for looting the community.
A huge thanks to Aaron (and the team behind the scenes) who went above and beyond for our car purchase. Super easy to deal with, great communication, awesome knowledge of the vehicles he's selling and made it all work to our budget and timeframe. Really appreciate the service.
