I enquired about getting a automatic transmission oil change for my old 1993 Nissan Sentra about 5 months ago i still haven't heard from them since with a price very slack especially dealing with the actual manufacturer of my vehicle I thought they would be keen to help me out My question is why do you brush off classic Nissans especially whens it's your own manufacturer
Hayden is great sorted a refund for faulty parts out of warranty, parts team are useless though 👍
Customer service is great but keeping in contact or receiving updates for parts is pretty slow. I had to call either everyday or every second day to see how everything is going. Very slow going with what I need done(brand new chipped key!!) , called last week Mon for needing a new car key left my info 2days later being told thy need my info🤔 2days later thy had wrong email🤔 even tho I had emailed them my info🤔...Nxt Mon I called them thy still had wrong email finally sorted out that problem and they sent the quote via em... read more
