Parts Department is a joke. All three staff are completely incompetent. Don't ask me to list all the problems, mistakes, and negligence. Nit enough space in this review. A very sad and expensive experience. Best to buy your parts online from somewhere else.
I had my van towed to Nissan for repairs because it wouldn’t start. They assumed the issue was caused by my third-party alarm system. They got permission from me to disarm the alarm system to investigate, but instead of simply bridging the two immobilizers (which AVS confirmed would solve the problem), they completely ripped out the alarm system, cut all the wiring, and stuffed it into my glove box.
