great little practice
We are very happy with the friendly service at the reception desk. Even though the staff are busy they acknowledge that you are there an try to help as soon as possible. We have an excellent Doctor here in the Hawker Medical Practice.
As much as it's important to provide constructive or even negative feedback, it is even more important to give positive feedback when it's deserved and earned. Most people are always more likely to complain than providing a compliment. This feedback is well overdue and I must admit and apologise for not doing this sooner.
