I originally left a poor review due to my experience at this facility. I am used to a much more intimate customer experience where a customer rep / manager supports our needs and is available to us. I have adjusted the rating to 3 stars because after expressing concerns, a manager named Juan reached out and was very supportive, including providing updates throughout the night (he had to be onsite at 5:30am the next morning).
