Great experience. Friendly, smart staff keen to help you get the right glasses for the best price
Our family has been going to Craig at Hawken Eyes since 2006. He has helped our two boys with their glasses needs and us adults as well. Can't fault Craig with his personalised service and he is always very helpful as is his team. His total pricing is always reasonable compared to the other 'superstores' by the time the superstores add all their other bells and whistles, Craig's all inclusive pricing is always reasonable. Kids friendly, Great service and very professional
Service was friendly and was able to slot me in when I was late. However, the optometrist's prescription was entirely out compared to my previous one, including failing to measure astigmatism and pupil distance. Unless you're going to buy glasses immediately, and they do have a good range, do not go.
Have been a customer for the past couple of years and experienced only excellent service. If you are looking for personalised & friendly advice then this is the store to visit. Family owned business offering good old fashioned service.
