I ended up with a bad alternator while on vacation, and these guys saved my life. They got it done so quickly and for a very reasonable price. If I lived here, this would be my only shop. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thank you so much.
If i could give ZERO stars i would..... I was sent to this "shop" by another mechanic who couldn't look at my brakes at the time. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice lady who told me the mechanic was late and he would arrive shortly (I arrived at 8:30am and they opened at 8am, so the mechanic was already 30 minutes behind). I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They try to charge you fees for not picking up your car when you come during their POSTED business hours and they aren’t there. Very unprofessional and my car wasn’t even fixed.
Took my 2012 chevy silverado to them because of a glow plug engine light on issue. I had already removed the plastic wheel well under the fender for easy access. They called me up and said to start with it was going to cost me $600.00 to change my glow plugs. I said I just put 8 plugs in myself it cost me 84 dollars and about 25 minutes. Then they said well then next we need to change your engine control module then I said that I don't have all kind of money to just throw at it, so I decided to go get my truck. I've been looking for a great mechanic here. I most definitely found one with Hawk Co. One mechanic named Larry was very nice. He knows his work. Had my car up and going safely in no time. Best reasonable prices too. I'll not go to anyone else.
