We keep returning. This is such a great place to sit back and RELAX. We've been here many times and it's wonderful to hook up with hosts Jim amd John, plus, goats and chickens. Our room was perfect, chocolate chip cookies to be enjoyed with our wine. The grounds are a return to nature for us. It's a beautiful tranquil setting. Very quiet and peaceful, plus, a delicious breakfast in the morning. Of course we will return!

Hawk Valley is one of those places that makes it easy to slow down and simply enjoy where you are. The property is peaceful, the homemade breakfast was wonderful, and the thoughtful details throughout our stay made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Jim and John, for your genuine hospitality. We left refreshed, inspired, and hoping to come back.

We had an incredible weekend stay along with our Wedding!! They did so much for us there tag line “You bring the dress we do the rest” rang very true! My nieces and nephews loved the goats and our reception was amazing. Their cooking is absolutely incredible with an extraordinary catering menu you can adjust to your preferences. The whole property is beautiful along with all the flowers they included we needed like nothing for our reception.
