3rd time here at Hawk Valley. We love the place. John and Jim are super friendly and great hosts. Everything here is 5 star and highly recommend staying here and enjoying the peace and relaxation of the area. Breakfast is always amazing!! We will definitely be back again!!

My husband and I stayed at Hawk Valley this past weekend for our baby moon and we absolutely loved our stay here! John and Jim were wonderful hosts and we are already wanting to plan when we can come back! Some key highlights - The food! Breakfast was DELICIOUS! We are FOODIES and have pretty high expectations and they far exceeded our expectations. Portions were very generous and they accommodated my pregnancy dietary needs perfectly! Literally everything you could want, a visit so perfect it felt magical. Eating a breakfast delivered fresh to your door, while the beautiful surroundings get a gentle dusting of snow. It was so picturesque that every moment could be a painting. The hospitality was top-notch, and the food just incredible. Celebrated my nephew & fiancé’s wedding here over a lovely winter weekend. Jim and John made us feel right at home! So easy to work with on the planning and during our stay, delicious food, beautiful and clean setting, so comfortable. Loved the holiday decor; and the bird feeders are very popular!
