Absolutely the worst at time management. I don’t call often but when I do it’s usually for parts ranging from $3000-5000. days later they will get back to me and will have lost a sale because someone else in the area can get me the same product the same day that I call. They also seem proud to take so long to get back to their customer with the news they can have the part within two weeks.
