Scam artist there. They tried telling my wife $1200 of repairs before they even took it for an oil change. Then said they can’t release the car by law because of a tire that was bad!! The service manager was very apologetic and made it right, but I’m sure that’s not the first time that Guy did that.. Who uses fear and threat of taking your own property to get business?
