Tracy Pilz ..... behind the counter catered to everyone but when asked anything else she wouldnt even serve me a glass (20 minutes passed closing) yet went over and beyond for the rv people that were here. Was going to get a case but will NEVER come again very unprofessional picking a chosing who you cater too. Losing a good customer. Wish the owner was still here who I met tonight. I would definitely give her my opinion of you. Not only do you need good wine you need good customer service and that's definitely not her!!!!!
