This is about the unconsenting harassment of surveys. Let me make myself clear patients are NOT required to take surveys the company wants to send out. Patients are required to pay their bills and make their scheduled appointment times, we are not REQUIRED to do surveys. Yet BJC harasses patients for surveys, if you don't respond to their emails then they start calling you over the survey like a debt collector trying to collect on a debt. Wanted to take a second to compliment Dr. Adam Trimpe. Dr. Trimpe is a fantastic provider. He listens to what I have to say, responds quickly to messaging, and works with me to achieve my health goals. Super down to earth guy but very smart and well rounded. Thanks doc!
Something has changed here. Multiple doctors on leave for months and there is no longer any care or concern for patients. Just seems like they want your copay, to refer you to something unnecessary, and get you out quickly. Maybe they have a quota of referrals needed? Who knows? Have not felt listened to by anyone other than their AI phones.
Dr Christopher Miller is an excellent doctor, who listens and spends time with the patient. I am absolutely thrilled that he is my doctor.
