Dont come here or see NP Lisa Scott. I've had issues with their charges and won't ever go back to this office. I reached out more than once to staff in person and via mychart asking for the clinic manager (as directed by the bjc billing dept) to help with zero response. There were two issues. I'm a new patient. So far my hands on care has been fine. Referred out for most things. My problem is with billing/customer service. I reached out more than once to staff in person and via mychart asking for the clinic manager (as directed by the bjc billing dept) to help with zero response. There were two issues.
