If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Rude, entered my private property without my consent, after lurking about for a while. Their crew entered my front yard despite having no contract or permission from me. Not a way to conduct business!

We tried Hawk landscape this summer for a large yard in Cascade and asked for lawn service, weeding, shrub/tree care, etc. They reliably came to mow. Despite multiple calls throughout the summer from us asking them to do the rest, they never did anything else. Our property became a total mess with weeds and overgrowth so we canceled them this week and asked our old company to come back. I will happily pay a bit more for reliable service that keeps property looking good completely, not just stopping by to mow.

Brian and Hawk Property Management have been great working with. To begin, it was an easy and fast quote process, The lawn service is top notch not leaving grass clippings anywhere on my driveway or in my landscaping beds. Service is always prompt on time and hassle-free. Fertilization program worked great on my lawn i'm sure it would on others as well. Snow plow service was also great always on time and also kept my grass safe from plow damage.

I just attended a training with Ed and found him very knowledgeable and engaged. As an industry insider I find myself more critical of how other companies do things, and this is someone that I would have manage my own properties if I were in that area!
