I've been coming to Hawks Auto for a bit now, and have nothing but great things to say. They gave me better prices that other mechanic shops on the island, are quick, efficient, and honest. Henry is very straight forward and explains everything in detail. 10/10 would recommend.
So friendly and quick! I work around the corner at the Hospital so this was super convenient for me. Highly recommend
I had an excellent experience with Hawk Precision in Staten Island. Henry is incredible—attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to assist me with the device and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and support. Highly recommend Henry and Hawk Precision!
I have ignition interlock . I just found out from the life safer company ,only them have access to this device. I’m supposed to visit them shop for calibrations once in 60 days but I visited them shop in the last six months almost 2,3 times a month because they lockout my device. Will not recommend this shop for anyone the liars they will suck your money and nurse !
We’ve had my car serviced at this shop more than once and everything is excellent! They work quickly, are always ready to help and explain things, and the prices are great. I recommend them to everyone.
